My name is Cristina Spataro, and I am certified professional coach with a background in psychology with over 18 years of experience. If there is one thing I have learned it is that everyone has the capacity for change if they truly want it. Life is hard, and the "right" choices are not always so apparent. Our decisions and their consequences leave us questioning ourselves. Over the past 18 years, I have helped my clients bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
